Ribeye, known for its ribbon of fat that runs through it, is tender, flavorful and always juicy. For those medium and medium well lovers this is your steak. However, can be enjoyed at any temperature.
16 oz. New York Strip
A particularly tender and flavorful cut of meat. Slightly firmer than filet, but similar in fat content. This is a leaner cut and recommended at lower temperatures. Not recommended at well done.
10 oz. Filet Mignon
The most delicate and tender cut of meat taken from the smaller end of the tenderloin. It is full of flavor and has a light marbleization of fat. We recommend ordering this steak medium rare. We do not recommend medium well to well done preparation.
16 oz. Kansas City New York Strip
Bone in 28 day dry aged New York strip full of flavor and aroma, served with a deeper, more nutty taste to the meat. We recommend rare to medium rare for maximum enjoyment.
